Friendly and helpful staff. They seem to have almost every type of smoking or vapor product you can think of with a wide range of variety. Very spacious and good selection of options for smoking connoisseurs.

One of the best selections of cigar in BK. Decently priced. My top 2 favorite smoke they had. Couldn’t believe it most BS smoke shops don’t even carry Padrons. Was surprised when I first walked in and saw hookah’s all over was gunna walk right out. Definitely surprised and pleased. Definitely be back there.

I have been going here since they first opened. Love the way the different staff tries to help and accommodate my needs even for things that they don’t have and try to bring in for me. This store has had a lot of different staff members all which I’ve became good friends with now they have the lady who has always been nice to me and my girls.

Look no further for any other smoke shop. Cream of the crop of all smoke shops in Brooklyn. They legit have anything and everything you would ever need. Staff is genuine and kind people. Mega bonus if you enjoy quality cigars, they have a 200sf humidor. The people that own the store are quality, and trust me They’re delivering! Check it out and spread some love. If I could give 6 stars I would.

First, please note, I write reviews close to ones every two years. So this is surely deserving. ||Experience|| When you go to a smoke shop you are ideally going for a specific thing. I did not expect my eyes to widen or to be captivated by the sheer organized display of assorted bongs/smokes/accessories/hookahs. When I originally started looking around for a water/oil pipe online and compared that to local stores outside of Bushwick smoke shop, I was lead to believe that I will never find a budget friendly choice to what I was looking for. That all changed here. Not only did I find an good price range for a piece I was more than happy to find, but the staff knew more than their regular share of details per item I was interested in. Best of all the staff did not do sales pitches. They shared slight personal experience and allowed me to ask away and poke where I pleased. Not only did I find what I was looking for and happy with my experience, but I also located a future piece that I might invest in. Bushwick smoke shop at 388 Troutman St is worth the visit and expectation. : )

Good guys in the shop with a large selection of smokes. I got a bad stick which was a little dry and cracked.
I went back and they swapped it out, no problems. Good customer service.

Huge variety of stuff and very reasonable prices. Not clean store. Looking for a one-hitter or 2 foot tall bong with 20 different percs you’ll find it all here. Staff was friendly, they kinda talk like salesmen but they aren’t pushy. If you know the websites to order glass from overseas you can get cheaper, but for a brick & mortar store here in the US this place is solid. And they’re open late. I will be visiting them when I decide to buy more glass I don’t need
