Good service and prices. Love the taste of the house cherry juice. Sales associate figured out what kind of coils I needed from a glance and hooked it up.
Only issue I had was the EVOD twist battery I bought malfunctioned. It overheated while using it and started smoking. Had to run outside and stick it in a pot of dirt as I was afraid it would explode. This was within 2 weeks of buying it and with no modifications at all. I wish i had kept the packaging so I could report the manufacturer.
However I don’t blame Drip for this. I already returned for more juice, but I’ll be buying my batteries elsewhere so i don’t risk getting that brand again.

I am not ignorant to electronic cigarettes by any means. Have been using and selling them for over 8 years now, so ive been around the block with these things. Believe me when I tell you that I am 110% grateful that these guys are not in my hometown because they would put all of us out of business. After 15hrs at the Charlotte airport, 3 cancelled flights, 2 delays, and my segelei 150w being stolen, I checked in at a hotel. Following morning I spotted these guys online and want to see them. I got customer service that in and of itself should be paid for. On top of that, their prices are unbeatable and knowledge of it is unparalleled. If I had a friend or loved one that I knew needed help with understanding the product and I couldn’t help them myself, I wouldn’t hesitate to send them their way. These guys are gonna go far and they have earned 10 stars but Google will only allow 5. Rock on guys!!

First time I’ve been in there since they opened (second time I’ve visited). Not much has changed. They’ve got some good flavors of juice, a decent amount of CBD selection. But what earns them a 5 star rating is the customer service I received. That means everything to me. Great conversation, laughing and smiling the entire time. She was extremely knowledgeable on their vape products, and was forthright about not knowing much about the CBD. I didn’t catch her name, but she has a small lip ring on her bottom lip on the left. I went in around 11:45am on Thursday, March 28th. So, owner, if you read this, props to hiring such an amazing gal, and give her a raise!

Very nice staff. They answer all my questions and are patient. They have a wide variety of juices and you can even test some of the flavors out. They also offer CBD products. I will definitely be back here and would refer anyone here.

My husband and I were recently in the Charlotte area and decided to visit a couple of local vape shops. We were super impressed with Carolina E-Cigs. We came by on two different days and were helped by Austin both times. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. As a newbie to vaping, I was unsure of where to start with everything, but Austin was very patient with me; he took the time to discuss every flavor I was interested in and really paid attention to what I liked so that he could direct me to other flavors I might enjoy. I am really pleased with the flavors I purchased; wonderful quality! We’ll definitely be stopping in again next time we’re in the area!

Went in today for some help with my new suorin drop vape and had nothing but amazing help and advice. I can’t remember the name of the guy who helped me(a younger Asian gentlemen). He was nothing but helpful. I’m new to vaping and had question after question and I knew I was becoming annoying asking so many things but he still answered everything and gave me all the information I needed. He explained to me the differences between the juices and the specific one that would work best with my vape. He never once was pushy trying to sell me something I didnt need and helped me to install my new coil and juice and also explained to me the correct way to refill it and maintain It myself later on. When i need more juice and when the time comes to upgrade to a new vape this will be the only store I will spend my money. Friendly employees and
