Today was my first time in the shop and let me start by saying I was super impressed by the inventory at H-Town Vape and more importantly the great customer service from the owner Morgan who was absolutely awesome!! Soon as I walked in I instantly felt comfortable and learned a lot about the different THC types and Deltas etc, Morgan was extremely chill and very helpful with my questions and very thorough to where I didn’t feel rushed etc. I also appreciated that he let me try a few of the vapes to narrow more down to what I was looking for. The wall scenery was also awesome and the artwork is absolutely dopeeeee! I definitely see me being a repeat customer here for the great products and more importantly the great customer service provided! Awesome store and Morgan is really laid back and willing to teach the little tricks that really help. Their selection has to be the best I’ve seen so far too, leans towards the really smooth full flavored juices. First time I can say I found to many to buy, usually I go to a shop and fight to find 1 or 2. You need to swing in here if you can.

Just relocated to Houston, the most genuine Staff in the industry I have met thus far. I was greeted as soon as I crossed the threshold with a handshake. They actually converse and get to know their customers and not just focus on pushing products out the door. I have been to loads of Vape shops in different states and these people nailed it. Very down to Earth people and I definitely recommend them to anyone in the vape world. New customer here!
Also, if you are worried about pricing then you aren’t ready for the Vape world. I have seen far worse prices for garbage juice that murks coils. Good Quality Juice will cost but the trick is to make it last, so I recommend running a custom build with an RDA or vape at a higher wattage to get hits that will satisfy you quickly rather then worrying about Prices. IMO. All in all these people are awesome!

It’s a lot better then when it first started. The juice is always excellent and at a reasonable price range. I’m glad they let you taste test before you buy. I come all the way from Waco, TX just to buy juice. There is always a wide selection of different flavors in stock. The employees, Bubba, Coast, and Morgan, are very knowledgeable. I heard they got a new employee named Lenial, and I’m sure he will be just as good!

I’ve been meaning to write a review about this place because I love it here! This place is my #1 go-to shop. In addition to all of the latest and greatest ejuice and vape products, H-Town vape also has a lounge with TV’s, board games, and even video games! Seriously!
They’re always getting new stock and they always have the best juice. I buy a new one every few weeks and their suggestions are always on point. Customer service is great, all of the workers are friendly, efficient, informative and willing to talk and answer any questions, especially when it comes to juice flavors. Sometimes the owner walks in and just like his employees, he’s very personable.
Hands down, best vape shop I’ve ever been to. Unlike some other shops, the employees will interact more than just to make a sale. (I’m a bit spoiled here, really!) I’m a regular, so when I walk in Ryan, or Bubba, or whoever happens to be working will help me if I need something but usually I just hang out and chill with the other customers or the staff. (If they’re not busy of course!) We chat and socialize and when other customers walk in I get to watch them help out and see all the different types of mods and flavors other people have or buy. It’s really cool!
I can’t say enough to fully express how amazing this shop is and how the environment truly fits the vaper’s aesthetic and hospitality! Definitely my favorite vape shop and one of my favorite places to hang out and socialize.
