Don’t shop here unless you want to get towed. I went in to buy a lighter and they towed my car. Cost over $500 to get it back.
EDIT: Their response is “we don’t have anything to do with towing” even though their name is on the towing sign.
Also, this towing company is not authorized by the DOT because they don’t have insurance.

Awful place. They are gotta be getting kickbacks from the towing company. No way a tow costs $500. All island vapes own by one owner? Don’t go to any of them !

Don’t shop here unless you want to be towed. The tow truck waiting in their lot will tow you in 5 min and demand you get cash out of the ATM here and give them $500-$1500 — go to another shop and keep your car and your money.

DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET TOWED— I pulled in to get a vape and get some food, and as soon as I crossed the street they had people hooking up my car and trying to take it away. They claim they’re trying to clean up the area, but I believe they are working with the owner in order to try and make quick cash on unsuspecting clients. They will also threaten you after you pay for them not to tow you, and physically try to prevent you from going into the vape store to shop. I’m currently getting a lawyer in order to see my options as while they may have been able to find a loophole to tow me, they were not within their rights to prevent me from shopping at the stores.

Just bad costumer service. She had extremely low energy and gave a feeling she didn’t want to be there. On top of that she told me that, they were out bags for my purchase. Out of bags! It was just a bad experience. No wonder people shop more online now. ✌
