This is my first time at this location and customer service is always on point!! I needed help with my vape and they help me figure out if it was something they can fix not like other places that they just tell you to buy a new one or buy another accessories for it.They actually helped me figure out how to adjust it and fix it properly and the staff is amazing. The shop is incomparable to other shops. I love it.

I had originally given this place one start due to having issues with their KiK pens. After talking with one of the sales reps, they admitted that YES, the KiK pens are JUNK. What I didn’t know is that they have a HUGE selection of disposable pens. She was able to find just the right one for me, and was super kind!
