I was here about three weeks ago—my first time. The shop is well-lit, clean and great to be in. Alex greeted me and answered all my questions about the differences between delta 8, 9, 10 (I’m a newbie). He was so helpful! He took his time to explain it all, even drawing a diagram to help me get it.
When I was deciding what to purchase, he was GREAT—no pressure, just the right amount of input and assistance.

This store has to be my personal favorite of all the Rough Country’s I have frequented hands down. Well lit, organized, family friendly environment with a simply gorgeous view you can appreciate while you cool down and take a break from the Texas Summer Heat. Trevor is absolutely amazing!!! He went above and beyond to help us this morning. I think Brandon could learn a few things from Trevor. Brandon does not know his inventory and because of him, we wasted $100 on vapes just to come in the next day and Trevor pointed out that they did in fact have the juicy bar vapes in stock. Brandon also needs to learn good customer service and not make his customers feel like they are inconveniencing him by coming in and helping him collect a paycheck. I’ve been to so many vape shops. I usually go to the one right by this one and thought it was great until I came here. It is BEAUTIFUL the store is so clean and organized its amazing. I picked out a new vape and instead of just letting me buy it and leave, Alex explained everything there is to know about the vape and even set it up for me. It was an amazing experience and I left knowing a lot more than I went in knowing. He was beyond amazing. I can’t wait to come back here.
