The staff at this location make it the best in Savannah! I have been to the “competitors” and they just don’t compare. I have been a loyal customer for over a year now and what keeps me returning is the customer service by far. The staff here are knowledgeable about products and varieties. If you have a question about something and they don’t have the answer right away, they are reaching out to find an answer for you. A lot of places would tell you they don’t know and just send you on your way. For the most part, I’m good with names and I’m in there so much that I have remembered everyone’s name and of course they know mine which makes it more personable for me as well. Loved this shop! Nice variety of products. They carry all sorts of smoking devices, vape e-juice, even discs for disc gulf. I went in for kratom, they had many strains and lots of options from powder to already encapsulated. The employee was super helpful and knowledgeable. Nice store, I will be going back.

Smoke City is a pretty awesome smoke shop with great variety and even better pricing! They are easily accessible from the main road and located in a good area as well. came in tonight on sept 20th and had a really pleasant experience. before coming to this place, i went to another smoke shop in the area that had absurdly loud music and unfriendly service. obviously left there empty handed. walked in here and immediately felt invited. didn’t catch the dudes name but he was wearing a grey thrasher hoodie with a buzzcut. educational and super awesome. will definitely only come here from now on!!

Great place to pickup electronic cigars plus they have a nice selection of Kratom capsules and liquid shots. The store is always neat and clean. The staff, particularly Morgan, is always in a wonderful cheerful mood and very helpful and knowledgeable with my questions. Great smoke shop with loads of smoking tools. Also, they have an awesome collection of fine cigars.
