I rarely ever post reviews as I am far too lazy and uninterested to, but I had the most pleasant experience ever with Kale and I had to write one because he really went above and beyond. His knowledge on glass and all the products at Smoke City in general was extremely impressive and made my visit so much easier.
He knew exactly what he was talking about and even took the time and went as far as to educate me fully as well. He was so patient and just great.
Any bad experience I may have ever had at Smoke City has been completely made up for thanks to this one visit with Kale. 5/5 on all fronts for Smoke City and this location thanks to employees such as this!

A curl haired old guy eating food was really amazing. Helped me get some stuff as soon as i came in. Paid full price didn’t ask for a discount because im not broke plus gave him a nice tip because his customer service was so great. Im making this my new vape store to go

I love this location so much. The staff is so friendly and nice. Theyve always been so considerate and caring. They’re very helpful as well and make sure you get what you want and make sure that you are satisfied before leaving. I’ve been trying to order another flavor of vape that they ran out of and they’ve been keeping up with me and making sure that they get it in and what not. The staff here is awesome and caring. I don’t ever want to go to another location! I love the staff here.

Hands down best head shop/vape shop in the San Jose area. They have other stores in jax but this one is my favorite because the store is thoroughly organized and the staff is super friendly. I would say 95% of the time one of the sales associates is knowledgeable of the products I am looking for and are eager to answer my questions. The prices may be a little steeper than other shops on certain items (e-juice being the most over priced by far) but other than that I think their prices are fair. Other reviews haven’t specified that OBVIOUSLY you can get all the items they have in the store cheaper online, but it’s all about convenience and I’d rather drop a couple extra dollars to be entertained with excellent service. Keep up the good work SC!!!!!
