Good prices, usually they have a great selection too. If you go often enough they’ll let you self-serve and just pay up front. I love the blonde lady who works evenings, she’s always super chill and very kind. I had one instance (out of many purchases) where a vape pen malfunctioned and they allowed me to exchange it hassle free, which I really appreciated.

They are always welcoming to both new and returning customers and are happy to do exchanges or troubleshoot if you ever have an issue with a purchase. I have purchased both of my vapes here and have been nothing short of satisfied. Hands Down best Vape Shop I’ve been to in NYC. Very knowledgeable. Very honest. They don’t oversell. They are a reliable shop with loyal customers. It’s a 35 mins drive from my home, but when you’re in need, you make the trek. Also, I would like to note, they have tanks with flavors “on tap” ready for you to try. There is no opening of product for you to smell or reusing the same coil for different juices. I honestly am always hesitant to buy online when I can just go here.
