Didn’t expect to find my vape juice flavor as they have been out for quite a few months. I was elated to find Watermelon was in stock again! Bought 4 bottles! I thought I was going to have to find a new place to buy it. Hopefully it stays around this time! The staff were fantastic!

Very helpful! I normally go to the Hilliard-Rome location but occasionally stop at this one, and just happen to im Grove city today and they had everything I needed. The two gentlemen working were very friendly and knowledgeable. Will def go back.

I want to start this review by saying I have not had a single bad interaction with any of the staff at the location. They are all fantastic. Specifically one sales associate, Jacob, is phenomenal. The dude really makes you feel like your working with friend. He completely breaks the boundary of sales associate and customer. Every interaction I’ve had with him is genuine and friendly. He is more then willing to answer any question you could possibly imagine without sounding condescending what so ever. He truly wants the customer to have a great experience and to get exactly what they want every time they’re in. He doesn’t push the most expensive product and will give genuine and honest feedback on the products he’s had experience with. He’s a truly solid dude and I’m more then willing to bet is a great asset for the vapor fi team. If I could I’d hire the dude.
The rest of the staff is absolutely fantastic though and the pricing is really competitive. 15/10 I will shop again.

Great selection and great staff! Everyone I’ve met here has been so nice and happy to help. I come in about once every week or 2 to stock up on juice (Juice Head is the best!) and coils. They gave a rewards program that gives you credits on how much you spend. I usually get $5 off each month or less. Hands down best vape shop around Cbus!

The inventory is extremely impressive, but not as impressive as the staff. They are always helpful and easy to carry on a conversation with. In one special circumstance I was assisted in putting new windshield wipers on my car. Never once have I been to a shop with this level of customer service. Absolutely love this place!

This place is bangin. Top notch staff, manager down. Products are on point, and prices are very reasonable. A hundred fold better service than you’ll ever see at the joke of a shop across the street. If customer service isn’t enough to draw you in, let the limitless combinations of efluid, along with other name brands do it. The devices, tanks, and other various products are sure to suite your vaping needs at a reasonable price.
