Great staff, selection, and environment. The staff know what they’re talking about and always have a different flavor for whatever you’re craving. The mod selection is amazing too. Usually I find a shop with good juice OR good mods, these guys do both. 10/10 would recommend.

After searching and searching from shop to shop for very specific coils I stumbled across this place and was immediately impressed by the clean and open layout of the store. That accompanied by the knowledgable staff, I’ll definitely be back in the future because they had everything I needed in one place.

I came to this store looking for replacement coils for my mod. I just happened to walk in here because the Vape store across from this one said “we don’t carry your Vape so we don’t have those coils”. I didn’t even have to google map this place cause I saw the sign from across the street. First impression walking in was great, it’s like a Vape bar setup. I’ve never seen something like this before. Met George and he was super friendly and helpful. He told me he doesn’t carry my mod in store but would look for coils that might be compatible with my Vape. He did some research and found that he had more than two brands that are compatible with my mod. He went out of his way to provide me with a solution. Thats just great customer service. I don’t live in Plano, but will definitely come back here in a weekend and see how this bale bar atmosphere is like. Totally recommend! A+

I’ve been using this shop since I moved to the Dallas area last year and I love it. Went in yesterday evening for a couple bottles of Pacha Mama and they were out. The girl who worked there gave me a couple of recommendations and I was a little hesitant since other store’s “recommendations” ended up tasting terrible. But she was right on the money with it, and I think I found a new favorite juice to run from here on out because of her.
This place is a great vape shop to hit up for pretty much anything you need. I have yet to meet anyone that works there that isn’t happy to help you out. Great atmosphere, great prices, great people, just all around great place to shop. 5 out of 5 stars from me, you guys rock.

Bought an RDA today and once I arrived home I prepared to throw in the coil and try it out, but one of the posts were missing so I went right back as soon as I noticed and explained to them my situation. They immediately, without question, opened another RDA like the one I purchased and confirmed that it was defective and was missing a piece and completely replaced it, even let me keep the spare parts, coils and cotton from the defective box! This place is amazing!! It has a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable to sit and relax. It’s clean and kept up nicely. I’m new to using a vape and didn’t know much about it until now. Shamber is phenomenal. She welcomed me with a smile when I first walked in. She was patient with me and all my questions ( which was so many ) and was very knowledgeable. She walked me through different vapes and asked me questions to get a better idea of what would work the best for me. She showed me how to use my vape, change the coil etc. She made my experience amazing. This place is lucky to have her and I will follow her wherever she goes
