Stopped by here for the first time today, and it was great! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! Masks all around, so you can shop comfortably. Finally, the juice they mixed for me is some of the best I’ve ever tasted (Blue Chill), and they mixed it a little thick for me so it wont leak!!!

I like that there isn’t a whole lot of color to the juice. Tastes very clean. The workers know what the best flavors are. Ask them their preference and I bet you’ll like what you get vs the top 10 board. Also you get money off of juice. The bottles seem a little small for the size you pick is the only drawback but it could be true to size.

My first visit was August 31st to purchase a new vape mod to switch from cigarettes to vaping. Had a wonderful experience with the staff who we’re friendly and knowledgeable and overall helped provide a great shopping experience. Also got some great recommendations on new flavors. Fast forward a little less than a week later and my wonderful new vape suddenly wasn’t quite working right. The exchange process was smooth and seamless, and while they couldn’t replace my pod with the exact same model on the same day, they did everything in their power to make it right and I walked out confused but happy. The confusion comes from why can’t other stores take a lesson from this one when it comes to customer service I just treating people like people. Thank you for two great back to back experiences, I am definitely a forever customer.
